Bill McLane, CCIM, GAA, CGA, CAM offers trusted and professional brokerage services and real estate appraisals. He has worked full-time in real estate since 1972 and has accumulated vast experience and knowledge in the real estate business through active appraising, property management, client representation of properties for sale, lease and/or exchange, and continuous education programs. He is licensed by the State of Indiana as a Real Estate Broker and as a Certified General Appraiser (CGA). He earned his professional designations as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the Realtors National Marketing Institute of the National Association of Realtors and as a General Accredited Appraiser (GAA) through the National Association of Realtors, and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association. He is an affiliate member of the Appraisal Institute.

He is experienced in writing narrative appraisal reports for commercial, industrial and residential properties of all sizes. His client assignments have ranged from individuals and/or corporations wanting to know what their property market value is prior to being placed on the market to sell, refinance, sell versus rent analysis, appealing real estate taxes, removing “private mortgage insurance” (PMI), establishing rental or leasing rates, providing expert testimony in county and federal court cases, assisting in securing financing, establishing estate values, settlement of martial dissolution, settlement for bankruptcy, establishing partial value interest, establishing market value in condemnation (right-of way) proceedings, market study, feasibility study, review appraising and/or for consulting purposes.
